  The issue: After upgrade to version 31 scheduled courses may have their start and end time changed

  Consequence: Start and end time on scheduled courses are wrong

  Workaround: No workaround identified

  Next Steps: We are working out a strategy to have this fixed as soon as possible. Our goal is to have it fixed during the weekend
