» UpdatedThe issue: We have identified an issue where date format in exports is not respecting the global date format.
Consequence: Your exports may break. If date format is configured on the field in export settings you will not be affected by the issue.
Am I affected? If you are not sure if you are affected please check with your internal IT staff if any export from last night after 09:00pm (UTC+1) has run as expected. If there is further uncertainty please contact support@catalystone.com and reference #62314 in your message.
Workaround: As customers are not able to fix this themselves, CatalystOne staff is currently working on setting the correct date format on the affected customers.
A permanent fix is in progress and updates will follow.
