This is now resolved. All mails are now sending out from the CatalystOne application.
» UpdatedWe are still working on resolving the issue that affects less than 0,5% of all emails sent from CatalystOne on a daily basis. We are working with our partners to resolve this complex issue, but we do not have any ETA for now.

If you are wondering if your applications is having this issue, please check the following and see if "Server Name" contains Mailjet. Administration -> Configuration Wizard -> Email server configuration.
