A permanent fix for the appraisal crash issue is under development and planned for release over the weekend. We're sorry for any inconvenience this might have for you. If assistance is needed please contact support@catalystone.com
» UpdatedCustomers who have a link in an appraisal process (e.g. as guideline on top of any page in appraisal) to a document that has been deleted are experiencing that the appraisal process crashes when a user tries to open it. The problem can be solved by deleting the link in the appraisal process so that it does not point to a deleted document. We are also working on a fix that will ignore such links and allow the appraisal to work in spite of missing documents. However, this fix will take time to develop. If you experience that an appraisal process crashes, we suggest that you open the configuration of that process and check that there are no links pointing to deleted documents.
