The workflow issues experienced by some customers have now been resolved

We are continuing to investigate an issue where workflows may not be visible for some customers.
The behavior appears to be related to certain usage patterns and configuration characteristics, and does not affect most customers. Our teams are actively working to better understand and address the situation.
We believe we are close to a resolution and are aiming to have an improvement in place during the morning tomorrow.Further updates will be shared as progress continues.

» UpdatedIncident Update – Workflow Service
Earlier today (around 16:00 CEST), we experienced an issue impacting the Workflow service, causing workflows to be missing from views and some operations to fail. A temporary mitigation was applied, and the service was stabilized by approximately 16:45 CEST . To complete a permanent fix, we will perform maintenance later today.
Maintenance window: 21:00–23:00 CEST tonight
During this time, the Workflow service may be intermittently unavailable or unstable. Once maintenance is completed, the issue will be fully resolved.Sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
